KP excise department to issue specialized unique number plates

PESHAWAR: The Excise Department in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has decided to issue specialized unique number plates.

According to the Excise Department, the bidding for these special number plates will be held in Peshawar on January 27. The number plates will also be auctioned in the names of tribes.

The Excise Department says that these number plates will be attributed to different tribes and famous names, including Wazirs, Mehsuds, Khattak One and Mohmands, in addition, number plates will also be auctioned in the names of Khan, Gandapur, Durrani, Kundi, Swati, Arbab, Khalil, Afridi and Yousafzai One.

The Excise Department says that special number plates will also be issued in the names of Malakand, Abbottabad, Kohat and Bannu. The basic bid amount for the unique number plate has been set at Rs 1 million.
