LAHORE: A young man was attacked by a lion while filming a TikTok video at a breeding farm in Lahore’s Sabzazar area.
The caged lion severely injured a man, named Azim, who was trying to make a video at Mian Umar Dola’s farmhouse in the provincial capital.
As he approached to enter the lion cage, it suddenly attacked him, causing injuries to his face, shoulder, and arm.
The injured man was rushed to Jinnah Hospital, where he received medical treatment.
In response to an incident, the Director-General of Punjab Wildlife cancelled the licence of the breeding farm and instructed legal action against the individual responsible.
Police sources said that legal action against the lion’s owner would be taken if the victim filed the complaint.
