LAHORE: Traffic authority in Lahore have issued new orders for rickshaw and loader drivers to wear helmets, here on Saturday.
As per the details, CTO Lahore has also issued orders to rickshaw drivers to wear helmets. An awareness campaign will be conducted for a week, and action will be taken later.
He said that helmets will also be distributed among rickshaw and loader rickshaw drivers. The aim of the orders is to protect the lives of these rickshaw drivers.
On the other hand, rickshaw and loader rickshaw drivers have expressed serious reservations about this decision.
