Moderate earthquake shakes Khushab, no casualties reported

KHUSHAB: Earthquake tremors were felt in the city and its surroundings, causing panic and fear among the citizens.

The tremors were felt for a few seconds, after which people came out of their homes and offices and recited the Kalima Tayyaba.

According to initial reports, the intensity of the earthquake was moderate, but no reports of any loss of life or property have been received yet.

According to the district administration, rescue and related agencies were alerted immediately after the earthquake, while inspection of sensitive buildings has also been started.

Citizens have been instructed not to listen to rumors and contact the relevant agencies in case of any emergency.
