Muslims to celebrate Jumma-tul-Wida; Here’s what you should know

ISLAMABAD: Ramadan 2024 is set to end this week as Muslims around the world will celebrate Jumma-tul-Wida, the last Friday of Ramadan.

Muslims are celebrating Jumma-tul-Wida with deep religious devotion. On this day, people will gather in mosques in large numbers to offer prayers, recite the Holy Quran, and engage in charity work.

Jumma-tul-Wida holds significance for the faithful as it marks an important event. On this day, Muslims used to get up early in the morning, take a bath, and wear new clothes.

This year, a large number of people will be offering special prayers for prosperity and Muslim unity. Religious scholars will emphasize the importance of the month of fasting and the Friday of farewell.
