Operation Ghazab-Lil-Haq: Pakistani airstrikes destroy Taliban, Fitna al-Khawarij hideouts in Kabul, Kandahar, Paktia

ISLAMABAD:  In a continuation of Operation Ghazab-Lil-Haq, Pakistani forces carried out precision airstrikes on the night of March 12,13, targeting terrorist hideouts linked to the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Kharij, according to security sources.

The strikes successfully destroyed four key terrorist installations, including the infrastructure of the 313 Corps in Kabul, the Tarawo camp in Kandahar, and the Shirinaw camp in Paktia province.

Additionally, the oil storage site and adjacent logistics infrastructure at Kandahar airfield were neutralized.

Security officials emphasized that the operation will continue until all designated targets are fully neutralized, underscoring Pakistan’s commitment to counterterrorism efforts and regional security.

Operation Ghazab-Lil-Haq Latest Update

Information Minister Attaullah Tarar stated that during Operation Ghazab lil-Haq, 641 Afghan Taliban operatives were killed while over 855 were injured.

According to a post by Information Minister Attaullah Tarar on X: “243 checkposts were destroyed while 42 were captured and destroyed. 219 tanks, armored vehicles, and artillery guns were also destroyed while 65 locations in Afghanistan were effectively targeted by air.”
