LAHORE: A golden opportunity has come for young graduates to earn Rs 1.5 lakh per month under the ‘Young Professionals Program 2026, but who will be eligible?
Details Details The ‘Punjab Public Private Partnership Authority’, an organization working under the Finance Department of the Government of Punjab, has invited applications for its flagship “Young Professionals Program 2026”. The youth selected for this one-year program will be given a monthly stipend of Rs 1.5 lakh.
This one-year program is designed to provide practical experience to fresh graduates in the public-private partnership environment of Punjab.
Selected candidates will get the opportunity to work directly on live projects with experienced experts, which will enhance their professional skills.
The following conditions must be met to apply for the program, the candidate must be 25 years of age, have completed 16 years of education from a recognized university recognized by HEC or a recognized foreign university.
The academic record must have a minimum of 3.3 CGPA, only Pakistani citizens are eligible to apply.
Graduates from Finance, Accounting, Project Management, Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence, Law, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, Media Studies, Public Policy, Social Sciences, and Natural Sciences can apply,
The authority will select only 15 young professionals for this program. However, P4A reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of seats without any reason.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for test and interview, for which no TA/DA will be given.
Employment Status: The authority has clarified that this is a one-year training program, it will not be considered as a permanent or contract job title or guarantee.

The completely filled application form, along with attested copies of educational degrees and transcripts, experience certificate (if any), identity card, recent passport size photograph, and updated CV can be submitted by 22 July 2026.
