Pakistan extends closure of airspace for Indian flights

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Airports Authority has extended the closure of Pakistani airspace for Indian flights for another month.

A new NOTAM has been issued in this regard. According to the NOTAM, Indian registered, leased, commercial, and military aircraft will not be allowed to use Pakistan’s airspace.

The ban will now remain in place until 5 am on May 24. According to the Pakistan Airports Authority, Pakistani airspace has been closed to Indian aircraft since April 23, 2025, which has been extended by another month after the latest extension.
