PM Shehbaz honors police personnels as Pakistan observes national police martyr’s day

ISLAMABAD: National Police Martyrs’ Day is being observed across Pakistan today  to honor the brave police officers and express solidarity with their families.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid tribute to the martyred police officers and personnel, acknowledging their unprecedented sacrifices in the line of duty and in the fight against crime. In his message, the prime minister emphasized the bravery and dedication of the police force in combating terrorism and securing the nation’s future.

In a fight against terrorism the police had always played a leading role and police prsonnel laid downn their livesto secure and brughten the future of a nation, he stated in a press release.

PM further stated that the entire nation is proud of its martyred police personnel and presented a salute for their bravery and excellence.

He expressed pride in the martyred police personnel and reassured that the government would ensure proper care for their families. The prime minister committed to providing education and healthcare for the children of the fallen officers and promised that the government would not tolerate any neglect in this regard.

Recalling his tenure as chief minister of Punjab, he mentioned the historic package he had announced for martyred police personnel, reinforcing his commitment to their families.
