ISLAMABAD: According to the State Bank of Pakistan, $1 billion has been received from Saudi Arabia on the value date of April 20.
This amount is the second installment of the $3 billion deposit provided by Saudi Arabia.
Earlier, Pakistan had received the first installment of $2 billion on the value date on April 15. The State Bank says that this financial assistance will help stabilize the country’s foreign exchange reserves.
