PML-N district president Lal Bakhsh Jatoi dies in traffic accident

JHOK SHARIF: Pakistan Muslim League (N) district president and former deputy Nazim Lal Bakhsh Jatoi died in a tragic traffic accident.

According to media reports, the accident occurred when Lal Bakhsh Jatoi’s car collided with a roller standing on the side of the road. The collision was so severe that he lost his life on the spot.

As soon as the accident was reported, rescue teams and locals reached the spot, while necessary legal action was also initiated.

Lal Bakhsh Jatoi was considered an active leader of the Pakistan Muslim League (N) and an important political figure of the party in the district.

He had also served as deputy Nazim in the past and played an active role in resolving public issues.

In the last general elections, he had also contested the provincial assembly seat on a Pakistan Muslim League (N) ticket.

Although he could not succeed, he remained active in his party’s organizational activities and public relations campaign.

After the accident, political leaders, activists, and local personalities have expressed deep sorrow and grief over the death of Lal Bakhsh Jatoi.

Various leaders paid tribute to the political and social services of the deceased and said that his death has created a huge political vacuum in the region.

On the other hand, the police have started an investigation to find out the reasons for the accident, while the family and activists are busy making arrangements for the funeral prayers and burial of the deceased.
