PPP founding activist Lal Bakhsh Mangi passes away

Renowned Qawwal passes away after prolong illness

KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party founding activist Lal Bakhsh Mangi passed away at the age of 70.
As soon as the news of his death came out, a wave of deep sorrow and grief spread among party workers and political circles.

According to family sources, Lal Bakhsh Mangi had been ill for some time and was undergoing treatment, but he could not recover and joined his true creator.

The funeral prayers of the deceased will be offered at 6 pm today in his native village, in which a large number of political and social figures, workers and local people are expected to participate.

It should be noted that Lal Bakhsh Mangi was one of the early workers of the PPP who played an important role in strengthening the organizational structure and expanding public communication in the early period of the party’s establishment. His political affiliation and services were valued in party circles.

Yesterday, a big shock came to the PPP when Sindh Assembly member Naeem Ahmed Kharal passed away. According to his family, he was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Karachi and had been ill for about five months.

The PPP workers are in deep grief and sorrow due to the deaths of two important leaders and workers in two consecutive days. Party leaders have expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of both the personalities and paid tribute to them.
