ISLAMABAD: The PPP has claimed that it has completed the numbers for government formation in Azad Kashmir.

According to sources, the PPP has made great progress in government formation in Azad Kashmir, in which the PPP has come into a position to form a government without the PML-N.

This progress came when Faryal Talpur camped at Sindh House in Islamabad and contacted political leaders and independent members for government formation.

Delegations of Azad Kashmir ministers, including Fahim Akhtar Rabbani, Muhammad Asim Sharif, Chaudhry Muhammad Akbar and Abdul Majeed Khan, Chaudhry Yasir Sultan, Sardar Muhammad Hussain, Chaudhry Akhlaq, Chaudhry Arshad, Chaudhry Rashid, met with PPP leader Faryal Talpur separately and announced their joining the PPP.

Faryal Talpur welcomed the leaders who joined the PPP.

The PPP has completed the numbers to form a government in Azad Kashmir without the PML-N and now it will not need help from the PML-N, its ally in the federal government.

The ministers, expressing full confidence in the leadership of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto and President Asif Ali Zardari, have said that they will play a full role for the development and public service of Azad Kashmir using the PPP platform.

It should be noted that the Pakistan Peoples Party had decided to change the Azad Kashmir government. Yesterday, during a large meeting of the PPP Azad Kashmir in the Presidency, President Asif Zardari had said that this decision was made by Bilawal Bhutto.

Asif Ali Zardari said that the decision to form a government in Azad Kashmir is extraordinary. The PPP is going to take over the government in difficult circumstances. This is a heavy responsibility for the party and all of you. I am sure that the PP will deliver like in the past.

He said that the parliamentary party should avoid premature unnecessary rhetoric and gossip about names for the Prime Minister, Speaker, and ministers. The next Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir will be an ordinary worker and a grassroots activist.
