LAHORE: PML-N leader Mian Nawaz Sharif said that Imran Khan is not the only criminal, but those who brought him are also equally culprits.

Addressing the newly elected members of the assembly, those who call others thieves and robbers have proven to be thieves themselves. Which nation develops in an environment of sedition, corruption, arson, and siege?

PML-N leader Mian Nawaz Sharif has said that in the Punjab by-elections, the PTI called for a boycott of the elections. What kind of boycott was this in which Omar Ayub’s wife was contesting the elections?

He said that during the PTI government, only destruction came, a culture of misbehavior was spread, and the country came close to bankruptcy.

During its rule, PTI increased inflation to 39 percent, while during our time, inflation was only three percent. If the journey of development had continued, Pakistan would have a place in the world today, and the IMF would not have been worried.

He said that PTI people are responsible for everything that happened between 2018 and 2022. PTI introduced politics of hatred, lies, corruption, and sedition.

How could the country develop in such circumstances? Merit was flouted during the previous government; the founder of PTI is not the only culprit, but those who brought it are also criminals.

I congratulate the members of the assembly that the politics of lies, abuse, mischief, and sedition have been defeated.

He further said that today, work is being done on merit, and development work is being done.

He added that Laptops are being provided, roads are being built, and green buses are running in every district.

The ex-PM noted that the law and order situation has improved, ration cards are being provided without discrimination of religions, and more projects will come up soon.
