LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced the distribution of free three-marla plots to needy and homeless individuals across the province.
According to the details, in the first phase, 1,892 plots will be distracted in thirty-three schemes across twenty-two cities of Punjab.
The cities include Hazro, Attock, Jhelum, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin, Chiniot, Mamu Kanjan, Sialanwali, Jhang, Pattoki, Okara, Renala Khurd, Bhakkar, Khushab, Layyah, Vehari, Lodhran, Sahiwal, Chichawatni, Fort Monroe, Rajanpur, Bahawalpur, and Bahawalnagar.
She reaffirmed her vision of ensuring that every citizen of Punjab has a home, emphasizing that the poor and deserving have an equal right to government resources.
As per details, 658 three-marla plots will be distributed in Rawalpindi Division, 288 plots in Faisalabad Division, 518 plots in the Lahore Division, and 131 plots in the Bhakkar Division.
In Multan Divison, 270 plots will be distributed among needy families and 27 three-marla plots will be distributed in three schemes of Bahawalpur Division.
