Punjab E-Taxi Scheme 2025 Balloting Date

The provincial government has planned the balloting of the Punjab e-taxi scheme 2025 in the last week of November 2025.

The authorities have also said that those who pay the down payment will get their electric taxis within 3 to 4 months.

They added that the initiative is not only to promote environmentally friendly transportation but also to give access to citizens to modern and convenient services.

The electric taxi program is part of a broader effort by the Punjab government to create a sustainable, eco-conscious transport system for the province.

Financing for Buyers The provincial government will provide financing up to Rs6.5 million per E-Taxi to the interested buyers on a five-year tenure. The government will also assist with equity payment.
