Weather Report: Rain forecast in different parts of country

ISLAMABAD: The Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted cold and dry weather in most districts of the country.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain cold and dry in Islamabad and its surroundings today.

Severe cold and fog are expected in Murree, Galiyat, and its surroundings. Cold and dry weather is also expected in most districts of Punjab today.

Cold weather is expected in most districts of Balochistan, severe cold is expected in the northern districts, light rain is expected in the southwestern districts of Balochistan, rain is expected in Jiwani, Pasni, Ormara, Kech and Turbat.

Cold and dry weather is expected in various districts of Sindh, fog is expected in Sukkur, Rohri, Shikarpur, Kashmore, Dadu, Larkana, Tando Jam and Mohenjo Daro.

Cold weather is expected in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, severe frost is likely in mountainous areas, fog is expected in Peshawar, Mardan, Nowshera, Bannu, Karak and Lakki Marwat. Fog is also likely in Dera Ismail Khan, Charsadda, Swabi and surrounding areas, the weather is likely to be extremely cold and dry in Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
