Silver missing from Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai in Matiari

HYDERABAD: In a shocking incident, Silver was stolen from the door of the shrine of Sufi poet Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai in Matiari, Hyderabad, Sindh.

According to the police, unknown thieves broke the lock on the gate of the shrine late at night and took away the silver.

Police say the incident is being investigated through CCTV footage, and the suspects will be identified soon.

According to the shrine’s resident, Khawar Hussain Shah, the shrine administration learned of the theft in the morning.

They have also called for increased security to better protect cultural heritage.
