Singh govt announces strict punishment for cheating students

KARACHI: The Sindh government will implement its new anti-cheating regulations, which include immediate and harsh penalties against cheating in board exams.

All students and staff members who participate in academic dishonesty will receive extreme penalties, which include permanent expulsion and job termination.

The Sindh government has decided that students caught cheating will never be allowed to appear in board exams again. The officials announced that all student papers will face immediate cancellation, while students will lose their right to take ongoing examinations or upcoming board tests.

The government will enforce strict disciplinary measures against staff members who violate exam regulations. The government has declared that it will not tolerate any staff members who participate in cheating activities.

The authorities will pursue disciplinary measures against all teachers, invigilators, internal staff, external exam staff, and administrative officers who facilitate cheating activities.

The Ministers of Sindh University and the Board of Education, Muhammad Ismail Rahoo and Sardar Shah, confirmed to the public that they established a strict zero-tolerance policy for all board examinations.

The authorities declared that all academic misconduct during matriculation and intermediate exams will receive severe disciplinary action. Students who bring mobile phones or cheating materials into the examination room will face immediate expulsion from the assessment process.

The authorities said they would enforce these measures during exams to maintain both equitable treatment and open procedures. The provincial ministers declared that they would enhance examination center monitoring systems through additional security measures.

The authorities will impose severe penalties against anyone who attempts to disrupt testing centers because they want to protect academic integrity and maintain proper examination conditions.
