PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet member has written to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) regarding the slow internet and mobile signals in a government office.
Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for Science & Technology and Information Technology (ST&IT), Dr. Shafqat Ayaz, sent a letter to the telecom authority informing it about the poor network in its office.
The letter, a copy of which is available with Daily Ausaf, stated that the issue of signal disruption in the Science & Technology and Information Technology (ST&IT) Building in Peshawar has been affecting communication and productivity for those working or visiting the premises.
“Kindly look into this matter at your earliest convenience and take the necessary steps to restore signal connectivity,” the KP cabinet member requested to the authority.
“Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated,” the letter read.
