Thunderstorms & rain forecast across Pakistan THIS week!

ISLAMABAD: The Meteorological Department has predicted thunderstorms in different parts of the country.

According to the Meteorological Department, thunderstorms and hail are likely in Islamabad.

Rain is expected in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kalam, Shangla, Kohistan, Buner, Peshawar, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Mardan, Swabi, Charsadda, Kohat, Kurram, Bannu, Bajaur, Mohmand and Khyber.

Westerly winds have entered the upper parts of the country, rain and snowfall are expected from today, rain is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from today to tomorrow and snowfall is expected in the upper parts.

Rain and snowfall are likely in Murree and Galiyat from today to tomorrow, the Meteorological Department says that there is a risk of slippage and landslides on the roads due to snowfall.

Rain is likely in Orakzai, Dera Ismail Khan and Waziristan, rain is likely in Quetta, Ziarat, Pishin, Chaman, Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah, Mastung, Kalat, Turbat, Chagai, Gwadar and Kharan.

Rain is also expected at a few places in Zhob and Musakhel, rain is likely at a few places in the coastal areas of Sindh.

The Meteorological Department says that rain and snowfall are expected in Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan with strong winds and thunderstorms.
