Toshakhana-II case hearing scheduled as trial proceeds at Adiala Jail today

RAWALPINDI: The hearing of the Toshakhana II case will be held in Adiala Jail today as Special Judge Central Sharukh Arjumand has arrived.

The founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi will be present in the courtroom.

The testimony, statement of the accused under 342, and final arguments in the Toshakhana II case have been completed and the verdict is likely to be reserved after the prosecution files its rebuttal arguments.

The verdict in the Toshakhana II case is also likely to be announced. The last hearing of the Toshakhana II case was held on October 16. The hearing of the case has been postponed 3 times after October 16.

Special Prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi will appear with the team, FIA Prosecutor Barrister Umair Majeed and Barristers Shahroz Gilani and Bilal Khosa also reached Adiala Jail.

The sisters of the founder of PTI will also come to Adiala Jail today to attend the hearing.
