RAJANPUR: A notorious wanted criminal Shahid Lund was killed in a police encounter in the Kacha Bangla area of Rajanpur, here on Friday.
According to the District Police Officer, Lund had a reward of one crore rupees for his capture and was involved in multiple serious crimes, including the murder of police officers, abductions and robberies.
Lund was also known for making threats to the police on social media. A viral video from August showed him calling the Interior Ministry, claiming he was at the top of the wanted list and disputing the accuracy of the reward list.
