Bollywood’s much-discussed film Dostana 2 has reportedly encountered another major hurdle, as director Advait Chandan has stepped away from the project. The latest development adds to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the film, which has faced multiple casting and production changes since its announcement.

According to Indian media reports, the film had already experienced delays after actor Kartik Aaryan parted ways with the project, leading to a temporary pause in production. Later, reports also suggested that actress Janhvi Kapoor was no longer attached to the film.

The newest reports indicate that Advait Chandan, who had reportedly spent several months working on the film’s development, has now exited due to personal reasons and creative differences.
