Known for hosting the long-running morning program Good Morning Pakistan, Nida recently traveled to the northern areas with her sisters for a family getaway. After returning, she shared her observations during a live episode of the show, expressing disappointment over the amount of litter scattered across popular tourist destinations.

According to the host, the breathtaking mountains and valleys are a priceless blessing that deserve greater care and respect. She revealed that she encountered discarded plastic bottles, snack wrappers, shopping bags, and other waste along hiking trails and picnic spots, describing the situation as upsetting.

Nida also pointed out that similar conditions were visible in Murree, where visitors had left garbage behind after enjoying outdoor gatherings. She questioned why many tourists fail to clean up after themselves despite the area’s natural beauty.

In addition to appealing for greater public responsibility, Nida highlighted the lack of proper waste disposal facilities. She suggested that authorities should install more large trash bins at tourist attractions, making it easier for visitors to dispose of their rubbish responsibly.

Her remarks have sparked discussion on social media, with many users agreeing that both tourists and local administrations must work together to keep Pakistan’s most beautiful destinations clean for future generations.
