DUBAI: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has prepared a plan to propose two venues for Bangladesh’s matches in the T20 World Cup.

According to Indian media, the International Cricket Council has prepared a plan to propose two venues in India instead of Sri Lanka.

The ICC will respond to the Bangladesh Cricket Board’s request to change its venues this week, as the BCB had demanded that its matches be shifted from India.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board made this request after fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman was released by the IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders on the instructions of the Indian board.

According to Indian media, the ICC is not in the mood to accept the request to shift Bangladesh’s matches to Sri Lanka, and the Indian cities of Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram are being considered as alternative venues.
