India wins Asia Cup 2025 by 7 wickets against Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: India has won over Pakistan by 7 wickets in the sixth Asia Cup T20 tournament 2025.

The high-tension Group A Asia Cup T20 tournament match was staged in Dubai, where Pakistan opted to bat first after winning the toss against arch-rivals India.

Pakistan’s batting line-up was utterly flopped against India; the top order was demolished, and the national team could provide India with a target of 128 runs to achieve.

The Green Shirts batted first and made 127 runs, losing 9 wickets in the given 20 overs.

Pakistan’s opening wicket against India was lost on the first ball when Saim Ayub went back to the pavilion without making a run on Pandya’s ball.

The second Pakistani player to get dismissed was Muhammad Haris, who made 3 runs for a score of 6 and conceded the wicket of Bumrah.

Fakhar Zaman responded by making 17 runs on a total of 45; he was dismissed by Axar Patel. His Pakistani captain, Salman Agha, was also out by Axar Patel after making 3 runs.
