PAK vs BAN: Bangladesh announce squad for Pakistan Test series

DHAKA: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced the squad for the tour of Pakistan, here on Sunday.

The Bangladeshi team will leave for Pakistan on Monday, August 12, to play two ICC World Test Championship matches in Rawalpindi and Karachi.

The Bangladesh players will train at the Gaddafi Stadium from August 14 to 16 and then travel to Islamabad on August 17 to play the first Test.

The first Test of the series will be played from August 21 to 25 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, while the second Test will be played from August 30 to September 3 in Karachi.

Najmul Hossain Shanto (Captain), Mahmudul Hasan Joy, Zakir Hasan, Shadman Islam, Mominul Haque, Mushfiqur Rahim, Shakib Al Hasan, Litton Kumar Das, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, Taijul Islam, Nayeem Hasan, Naeem Rana, Shariful Islam, Hasan Mahmud, Taskin Ahmed and Syed Khalid Ahmed
