ISLAMABAD: Arch-enemies India and Pakistan are set for a showdown in the T20 Asia Cup 2025 match at Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai on Sunday night.

The highly anticipated high-voltage clash will start at 7:30 pm Pakistan time.

While Green shirts dominate India in the extended form of the game (ODIs and Tests), their next-door neighbor dominates them in the shortest form of the game. India has emerged victorious in 10 out of 13 T20Is against the Green shirts.

Their last encounter was in the ICC T20 World Cup in New York. India won the low-scoring encounter.

Fakhar Zaman and Jasprit Bumrah will be in a tantalizing clash during the game. Two giants recall the showdown in the Champions Trophy final when Fakhar was caught behind off a no-ball from Jasprit Bumrah. It was a huge miss as Fakhar went on to score a century, which earned him the man of the match award.

The other most notable rivalries will be Abrar Ahmed with Shubman Gill, Sufyan Moqim against Abhishek Sharma, and seasoned Haris Rauf against Suryakumar Yadav.
