Pakistani Cricketer Haider Ali released on bail amid arrest in UK

MANCHESTER: Cricketer Haider Ali has been released on bail after being arrested in Manchester on criminal charges.

Haider Ali has been summoned again after two weeks by the UK police following his release on bail on criminal charges.

During this time, he has been banned from leaving the UK.

The incident occurred during the recent tour of England by the Pakistan Shaheens cricket team.

On the other hand, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has suspended cricketer Haider Ali.

According to the PCB, national team batsman Haider Ali is involved in a criminal case investigated by Manchester Police, due to which he has been suspended.

The PCB says that Haider Ali will be provided with legal assistance to ensure that his rights are protected. Haider Ali will remain suspended until the results of the case are known.

According to the PCB, disciplinary action will be considered after the completion of the legal proceedings. The Pakistan Cricket Board will not release any further details until the legal proceedings are concluded.
