Young national cyclist Natalia Khan passes away

LAHORE: National level cyclist and rower of Pakistan Natalia Khan passed away at the age of 28.

According to President Pakistan Cycling Federation Syed Azhar Ali Shah, Natalia Khan was suffering from kidney disease and was undergoing treatment for a long time. She was also operated on, however, she could not recover completely and her medical condition continued to deteriorate, due to which she could not survive.

It should be noted that Natalia Khan represented Pakistan in various national level competitions and was known as a talented athlete. Her sudden death has saddened the sports community.

President Pakistan Cycling Federation Syed Azhar Ali Shah expressed deep sorrow and grief over her demise and said that all members of the federation are extremely saddened by this news.
