NEW YORK: A Bloomberg report has revealed the possible price and name of Apple’s first foldable iPhone.

According to the report, this phone is likely to be named iPhone Ultra, while its price will be more than 2 thousand dollars. Apple’s first foldable iPhone is likely to be introduced in September 2026.

The report said that the name Ultra is being chosen for the foldable iPhone because of the Apple Watch Ultra.

The Apple Watch Ultra is the most expensive model among Apple smartwatches, and the foldable iPhone will also be Apple’s most expensive iPhone.

Earlier, various leaks had said that the foldable iPhone would be different from other foldable smartphones currently available.

When unfolded, the iPhone Fold will be equipped with a 7.8-inch display, while when closed, a 5.5-inch screen will be visible. The phone will be equipped with an A20 Pro chip and is likely to have a 5500mAh battery.

Its camera design will be similar to the iPhone Air, but it will be completely black, and there is a possibility of 2 cameras, a microphone, and a flash, so that this foldable iPhone looks like an iPad Pro.

The foldable iPhone will be introduced in September 2026 with the iPhone 18 Pro models.
