China unveils pilotless flying taxi for urban travel

ISLAMABAD: Soon you will not need a rickshaw or taxi to get from one place to another within the city, but this will be possible with a flying vehicle.

Yes, indeed, a Chinese company has developed an air taxi capable of flying without a pilot, which can travel more than 100 miles on a single charge.

This driverless flying taxi has been developed by the Chinese company E-Hong Holding Vehicles.

In a statement issued by the company, it was said that this flying vehicle called VT35 will make air travel within cities safe, easy and commonplace.

This vehicle was recently introduced in the city of Hefei, Anhui province, China.

This 2-seater flying vehicle is equipped with automated flight systems, electric propulsion and an airframe that makes urban air travel safer.

According to the company, the VT35 can travel up to 125 miles on a single charge at a speed of 134 mph.

This vehicle has the ability to land and take off like a helicopter, meaning it can be easily landed on rooftops, parking lots and other places.

In its recent test by the company, it was proven that this flying vehicle can also land on a moving ship.

This air taxi can fly with a weight of 950 kilograms.

It does not require a pilot to fly it, but people on the ground can control its various systems.

Its price has been set at $913,600.

It is currently being tested by the company, after which it will be officially offered for sale.
