OpenAI unveils ‘ChatGPT Images 2.0’ with advanced image generation features

NEW YORK: OpenAI has introduced a complete overhaul of its image creation system through the launch of ChatGPT Images 2.0, which enables users to produce visual content with greater precision and control over their artistic results.

The update was revealed during a live stream by CEO Sam Altman, who described the development as a significant leap forward in artificial intelligence tools.

According to the company, the new system enables AI systems to comprehend user instructions better while producing images that match userspecific requirements. Altman described the technological advancement as a fundamental change that would mark a new era in artificial intelligence.

The main improvements of the system enable users to create text outputs that match their preferred writing style while enhancing text display capabilities through their visual presentations. The tool allows users to create specific design requests through its advanced layout and structural element management features.

The system includes a staged image creation process, which enables users to provide feedback at designated checkpoints before the final image output process concludes. The system creates design images through multiple stages, which require user evaluation before producing the final output.

The update will provide users with better control over their creative process, which will result in more personalized interactive image generation.
