ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has announced that the “Spectrum Auction for Next Generation Mobile Services (NGMS)/5G in Pakistan” will take place on 10th March 2026.
The schedule has been finalized after constructive regulatory coordination and extensive stakeholder consultations to ensure a smooth, transparent, and well-participated auction process.
The schedule gives telecom operators and potential bidders sufficient time to prepare and reflects the PTA’s commitment to ensuring optimal participation while being fully aligned with procedural and regulatory requirements.
It is advised that all interested parties take note of the Information Memorandum (IM) for “NGMS)/5G in Pakistan” and remain updated through updates available on the official website.
