NEW YORK: Messaging platform WhatsApp is developing a new feature aimed at enhancing the experience of its web users, allowing greater customization in chats.

According to reports from WABetaInfo, the feature is currently under development and is not yet available to users.

The upcoming update will enable users to personalize their chats by selecting custom themes, including unique colors and wallpapers. This will allow users to tailor the appearance of conversations according to their preferences.

WhatsApp says the feature is designed to improve user experience by giving people the option to view chats with their favorite colors and background images.

The company has indicated that this new customization feature will be rolled out to users in the near future.
