ISLAMABAD: The residents of the Federal capital are set to witness rain and gusty winds, with isolated heavy rains and hailstorms, is expected in Islamabad and other areas across Pakistan.
The maximum temperature recorded today ranges up to 29 degrees Celsius, whereas the minimum temperature expected in the evening will range up to 23 degrees Celsius.
The humidity level in the federal capital ranges between 50% to 57% with light wind blowing in the northwest direction at a speed of 06 km/h. Whereas the chance of precipitation is up to 1 % today.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), a westerly wave is present over the upper and central areas of Pakistan. Based on these conditions, rain and gusty winds are expected at isolated places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, northeast/south Balochistan, upper/southeast Sindh, eastern Punjab, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan on Friday night, with the possibility of heavy rain and hailstorms in places.
