Karachi weather: light drizzle likely in city for next 3 days

KARACHI: Partly cloudy and humid weather has been forecast for Karachi division for the next 3 days.

According to the Meteorological Department, light drizzle has also been forecast in Karachi during the next three days, during the night and morning.

The overall mood of the weather will remain humid, while the maximum temperature is expected to be between 33 and 35 degrees Celsius.

The humidity ratio in the air in the city can be recorded between 70 and 80 percent in the morning hours, while in the evening, this rate is likely to be between 55 and 65 percent.

The direction of the winds will generally be southwesterly; however, westerly winds may also blow, which may cause a partial change in the weather.

In addition, the monsoon is continuing intermittently in most areas of Sindh province. Today, light rain is expected in districts like Jacobabad, Kashmore, Ghotki, Sukkur, Dadu, Qambar Shahdadkot and Jamshoro, while light drizzle is likely in districts like Thatta, Sujawal, Badin and Tharparkar.

The weather is expected to be partly cloudy, hot and humid in the rest of the province.

The Meteorological Department has advised the citizens to stay informed about the latest weather conditions and avoid unnecessary travel, especially in the morning and evening, to avoid health risks caused by humidity and heat.
