KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted cold and dry weather in most districts of the Sindh province during the next 24 hours, however, temperatures are set to drop at night.
Today, Karachi experienced mainly dry weather, with temperatures ranging from 24°C to 12°C. However, the city will witness a significant drop in temperatures as winter is scattering its roots in Pakistan. The humidity in the city varies up to 28% and the air is moving in the northwest direction at the speed of 13 km/h.
According to Met Office’s latest predictions, Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while severe cold is expected in the hilly areas. However, Kashmir and adjacent hilly areas are likely to remain partly cloudy with light rain/light snowfall at a few places. Smog/fog is expected in most plain areas of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and upper Sindh.
