According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature in the city is likely to be 06 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature may reach 21 degrees Celsius. The humidity level in the air was recorded above 68%.
According to the Met Office, Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while severe cold is expected in the hilly areas. However, Kashmir and adjacent hilly areas are likely to remain partly cloudy with light rain/light snowfall at a few places. Smog/fog is expected in most plain areas of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and upper Sindh.
