Rain predicted in different parts of the country

ISLAMABAD: The Meteorological Department has predicted thunderstorms in different parts of the country. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of thundershowers in Islamabad and its surroundings during the night, while rain is also expected in Murree, Galiyat and adjacent areas.

Rain has also been forecast in Attock, Mianwali and Rawalpindi. Thunderstorms are expected in various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Peshawar, Kohistan, Swat, Bajaur, Kalam, Chitral and Dir.

Similarly, there is a possibility of rain in Kohat, Nowshera, Abbottabad, Malakand, Parachinar and Kurram. Rain has been forecast at a few places in Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir with strong winds and thunderstorms.

The Meteorological Department has forecast hot and dry weather in most districts of Balochistan.
