Iran claims missile strikes on US bases in Kuwait and Bahrain

TEHRAN: Iran’s Revolutionary Guards say they have attacked two US military bases in Kuwait and two in Bahrain in response to US attacks on Iran.

The Revolutionary Guards warned that if the US attacks again, the response will spread to other US bases in the region.

It should be noted that the US military said that 90 Iranian military targets were targeted in the latest attacks.

According to the US Central Command (CENTCOM), the attacks on Iran targeted air defense systems, coastal surveillance centers, Iranian missile and drone reserves and naval military capabilities, while military logistics infrastructure in Iran’s coastal areas was also attacked.

According to Iran’s official IRNA news agency, a firefighter was killed in an attack by the US military on facilities at Iranshahr Airport in southeastern Iran.

The deputy governor of Sistan and Baluchestan province and the governor of Iranshahr said that four loud explosions were heard across the city at around 12:30 a.m. local time.

He said that after inspecting the scene, it was found that several shells hit the airport’s flight operations building and the meteorological station, causing damage to both buildings.

According to authorities, emergency rescue teams immediately arrived at the scene, but the firefighter on duty, Khalid Qadri, was killed in the attack.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has claimed that Iran has called and said that it wants to make a deal with the US, but he did not say which Iranian official called which American official.

Speaking to the media, President Trump said that he does not know whether those officials are capable of anything and does not know whether those Iranian officials will fulfill that deal or not. That is the real problem.
