Mojtaba Khamenei claims Ali Khamenei was martyred during Ramadan recitation of Quran

THERAN: Iran’s new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei said in his first audio message that his father, former Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was martyred while reciting the Holy Quran on the 10th of Ramadan.

In his audio message, the new Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei mentioned his father’s martyrdom and said that this incident occurred at a time when tensions and war were escalating in the region, and this loss has deeply shocked the Iranian nation.

The newly elected Supreme Leader has appealed to the Iranian people for patience and unity, saying that the country needs to remain united in this difficult time.

Mojtaba Khamenei made it clear that the war will continue and Iran will avenge the blood of its martyrs. The new Supreme Leader said that Iran will stand firm against its enemies and will not bow to any pressure.
