Bank of Punjab introduces interest-free plan for eTURBO bikes

LAHORE: The Bank of Punjab (BOP) has joined hands with E Turbo to introduce a new financing scheme aimed at promoting eco-friendly transportation, allowing customers to purchase electric bikes on zero markup and with no hidden charges.

Under the BOP eTURBO installment plan, customers can switch to electric mobility without facing a high upfront cost.

The offer is exclusively available to BOP credit card holders, who can benefit from 0% markup and zero processing fees for a period of up to 12 months.

While the interest-free tenure spans one year, the bank has also introduced flexible repayment options, enabling customers to extend their installment plans for up to 48 months.

Monthly payments under the scheme start from as low as PKR 9,392, making it an attractive and accessible option for a wide range of buyers.

The financing plan covers multiple electric bike models catering to different user needs. Entry-level users can opt for the eTURBO ECO, designed for affordable urban commuting, while those seeking higher performance and longer travel range can consider the eTURBO Warrior Pro, which offers a range of up to 200 kilometers on a single charge.

Other available models include the Falcon and Thunderbolt series, ensuring that customers have a variety of choices based on their preferences and budget.

Interested individuals can apply for the financing facility through official bank channels by contacting BOP via email. The bank has emphasized a quick and streamlined approval process for eligible customers as part of its effort to promote sustainable and energy-efficient transport solutions in Pakistan.

This initiative reflects a growing trend toward green mobility, as financial institutions and private companies collaborate to make environmentally friendly alternatives more affordable and widely accessible.
