LAHORE: The Punjab Public Service Commission has invited online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to dozens of posts from BS-11 to BS-18 in various government departments.
According to the announcement issued by PPSC, candidates from various educational and professional fields will be eligible to apply for these posts. Candidates holding intermediate, graduation, post-graduation and professional degrees in related fields can submit applications for the posts according to their qualifications.
According to the commission, the last date for submission of applications has been fixed as August 5, 2026, all applications will be accepted only through the online portal.
Candidates have been instructed to carefully study the application fee, written examination, syllabus, interview and other necessary instructions available on the official website of PPSC before submitting their applications.
The announcement clarified that the written examination schedule, syllabus, roll number slips and other important information will be released only on the official website of PPSC, so candidates should visit the website regularly to stay informed of any new updates in a timely manner.
The PPSC further stated that employees working in the federal government, semi-government institutions, federal autonomous bodies and local governments will not be entitled to age relaxation based on their current employment.
Similarly, if a candidate declares his educational degree as equivalent to the required qualification, he must produce an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission or the relevant Equivalence Committee at the time of interview or on the instructions of the commission. In case of failure to produce the certificate on time, the candidate’s application will be rejected.
The PPSC has directed all candidates to submit their applications on time instead of waiting for the last date and refer to the official website of the commission only for authentic information.
