ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan of the Federal Constitutional Court approved a significant wage boost for court employees.

The court reports from Sunday confirmed this decision. The judicial and utility compensation for employees received an increase, which reached 50 percent of their basic salary.

Government employees will receive an allowance increase, which follows this decision. The office order, after approval, announced that Federal Constitutional Court employees would receive their new allowances starting at this moment.

The order establishes that employees will receive no additional compensation during their exceptional leave period. The Additional Registrar Admin declared that court expenses for the financial year 2025-26 will be funded through the court budget.

The Supreme Court of Pakistan has shown strong concern over conflicting statements by the federal government about the dismissal and absence of employees. The Federal Service Tribunal ruling has been declared invalid by the organization.
