Middle East tensions: LPG gas price rises to Rs. 400

MULTAN: Tensions in the Middle East LPG gas crisis has intensified, after an increase of fifty rupees in Multan, the price of LPG has reached Rs 400.

Due to the tension in the Middle East, the supply of LPG will be affected, which is starting to affect the citizens, after an increase of 50 rupees in Multan, the price of LPG has reached Rs 400.

Shopkeepers say that due to the increase in import prices and decrease in supply, it has become a compulsion to increase the price. Earlier, we used to get a cylinder from the factory for 12 thousand, now we are getting a cylinder for 16 thousand, which has increased by four thousand rupees per cylinder.

Factory owners say that due to the war situation, we are not getting gas, we are giving the stock that is left. LPG dealers say that in the current situation, there is a risk that gas will become more expensive.

Important progress has been made regarding the continuity of the energy supply line. Three ships of LPG and coal have reached Pakistan, all three ships have anchored at Port Qasim.

The administration says that the ship PCG Pericles arrived from Oman with more than 3,800 tons of LPG, the ship Navigator Ariris arrived at Port Qasim with 11,136 tons of LPG from Iraq, the liquefied gas from an LPG ship will be offloaded today, a ship carrying 52,000 metric tons of coal is also being offloaded at Port Qasim.
