Two killed in shooting at under-construction mall in F8 Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: In a tragic incident in Islamabad, a property dealer and his security guard were killed in a shooting at un under-construction mall, here on Saturday.

As per the details, the shooting occurred at the ELYSIUM Mall office located in the New Blue Area, directly across from PIMS Hospital, on the night between September 6 and 7, 2024.

According to the Margalla Police, the shooting happened after a heated argument between two parites. The attackers, who remain unidentified, opened fire, killing the property dealer, Shahzad Satti and his security guard Kawish.The assailants managed to escape the scene.

Shahzad Satti was a well-knwo political, social business figure from Kotli Sattian. Both victims’ bodies have been transferred to PIMS Hospital for post-mortem examinations.

Islamabad Police currently reviewing CCTV footage from the area to identify the attackers. The incidnt took place around 3 AM, and investigations are ongoing to determine the motive behind the attack.
