ISLAMABAD: According to a recent development, the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has green signaled the much-awaited exams of Central Superior Services (CSS) 2025 exam to proceed as scheduled, starting tomorrow, Saturday.
This development comes after the Islamabad High Court (IHC) denied a petition from students that argued against holding the CSS exam until the results of the CSS 2024 were announced.
The students state that the decision to hold fresh exams before announcing the previous results runs the risk of affecting their chances and muddying the process.
Despite complaints to the contrary, FPSC has set a date for the CSS examination between February 15 and February 23, 2025.
To provide better facilities to the candidates, 80 centers have been set up throughout Pakistan. The candidates can also download the admission certificates; this makes it easier for them to locate the necessary documents.
The decision of the FPSC to continue with the exam in its pre-announced schedule will inject a breath of sanity and stability into the candidates who have been frantically studying for this crucial exam.
It is also worth noting that the students who filed the petition had reasoned about the potential risks of holding fresh exams before announcing the results of the preceding examinations, intending to maintain relative transparency and fairness.
Now, the court’s decision sets the stage for the FPSC to go ahead with the exam, so candidates are free to invest their energies in the final preparations. With the exams right around the corner, candidates should be reducing their anxiety levels, revisiting notes, and getting plenty of rest to be at their best.
