LAHORE: The Punjab government has launched the HEC Honhaar Scholarship Program to support deserving students who can’t afford higher education. This program covers an impressive 68 disciplines across over 50 public universities, 16 medical colleges, and top private institutions like LUMS, FAST, COMSATS, GIKI, and NUST.
To be eligible, students must have a Punjab domicile, be under 22 years old, and come from a family with a monthly income below Rs. 300,000.
They must also meet specific academic requirements, such as scoring at least 80% in FSc or Intermediate for medical colleges and top universities.
